Welcome to Langcliffe. Langcliffe is a village in the Craven district of North Yorkshire. It is situated north of Settle, and to the east of Giggleswick. It lies within one of eight regions covered by the Yorkshire Dales National Park, which was established in 1954.The River Ribble runs parallel to the east of Langcliffe. The village has lost the school, allotments, post office and village shop. However it still has a great community life. The Community Garden is growing! There is a Bee Keeping Group and there are hives in the garden.The Village Institute is always very busy and the church is kept busy with exhibitions, events and services. The village has an annual Show, a Yorkshire Day celebration, and several traditional Christmas events.
